What exactly does your service include?
-- Our service includes everything you need to have a professional bartender serve you and your guests for a memorable event. See our Services page for a customized bar package

What are your Rates?
-- We charge by the hour and have a (4) four hour minimum. The cost for 4 hours of basic bartending is $300.00 (price is subject to change) plus tips, tips can be either host or guest gratuity. If you prefer a host gratuity it is approximately $2 per guest.

How much do you charge if I want to keep you for an extra hour?
-- If additional hours are required to any of the packages that have a Bartender and Beverage Server, an additional charge of $55.00 per hour will be applied.

How much do you charge if I need extra bartenders?
-- Extra Bartenders are at an additional charge of $35.00 per hour.

What Locations do you serve?
-- We serve the grater Fredericksburg, VA area to include but not limited to Spotsylvania, Orange, Stafford, Prince William Counties.

How Many Bartenders do I need for my Event?
-- To best serve your party, we recommend 1 bartender for every 100 guests.

Can you tell me what alcohol/mixers I need to buy?
-- We will help you create a personalized shopping list for all the liquor you need to purchase based on how many people will be attending your event. Just remember Louie's Mobile Mixology cannot purchase any alcohol for your event.

Do you come with a Bar?
-- Yes. We bring a portable hand crafted bar, this is standard with a Basic Bar Package

Are you licensed?
-- The state of Virginia does not require Bartenders to be licensed, but the Bartenders at Louie's Mobile Mixology are Certified and carry current Virginia Alcohol Awareness certificates

Are you insured?
-- No but in most cases your venue will require you to have insurance and we can be listed on that insurance. You can get this through your insurance or Special Event Insurance From TheEventHelper.com. There is no additional charge at www.theeventhelper.com to add venders or volunteers to event insurance, except if there is a paid (uninsured) Bar Tender, If you have a paid bar tender on site like us, liquor liability insurance should be added to your day-of-event insurance.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
-- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Checks and of course Cash.

Do you need a deposit to hold the Date?
-- Usually No, but during the peek seasons a deposit will ensure your date.

Do you provide servers as well?
-- Yes, one server is included in our basic bartending package other servers are available at an hourly rate.

What do your Bartenders wear?
-- All of the Louie's Mobile Mixology staff is always professionally dressed. Standard attire is a black logo collared shirt and black pants. But we can be as formal or as casual as your event requires.

Do your Bartenders come with their own Tools & Equipment?
-- We provide all basic Professional Bartending Tools: Ice buckets, Ice scoops, Coolers, Cocktail shakers, Corkscrews & bottle openers, Pour spouts, and more...

Do you offer DJ's, Catering & Other Services?
-- No but we have a list of great companies that provide a variety of services for your event please check our our preferred vendors page for more information.
